About us

Not a poke restaurant. A way of eating.

Poke Bar opened in 2020 with one idea: eating well in Tbilisi should be easy, fast and something you can do every day — not a special occasion.

We were the first in Georgia to serve poke, and the first to serve sushi burritos. We adapted the recipes to Georgian taste and to what our suppliers can actually get here, and we put the ingredients out on an open line so you build your own bowl or salad instead of picking from a fixed list. Everything is prepped fresh that morning.

Six years on, the menu covers four things — poke, burritos, wok and salads — and all of them are built the same way, from the same line. Whether you're counting macros, coming off a workout or just want lunch that doesn't slow you down, you get to decide exactly what goes in the bowl.

Our regulars are the people who train, who read the label, and who wanted somewhere that took eating well as seriously as they do — and six years on, most of the orders we make are for someone we already know.
